Monday morning sees the local Judo club coming in to do a taster session with KS3 - all students will add to their house total by completing press ups, throws etc.
Tuesday is the Y7-8 district athletics competition so teams will be competing and adding their distances to the running totals.
Wednesday is the SSP Mini Olympics - our sports leaders will be helping out and officiating at a variety of sports with over 2000 primary pupils.
Thursday (Year 11 Prom in the evening) will be the school sports day. All pupils from Y7-10 are given the chance to represent their house in field events in the morning and then track races in the afternoon. There will also be a special staff pantomime animal race with each department getting two "volunteers" to run 100m in a costume (helping to raise money for a local Hospice).
Friday sees the staff football team play two matches after school against two local schools in the indoor Futsal league.

Each house will keep a running total to try and get as close to the score of 9514 as possible with prizes awarded to students who go above and beyond the cause for their team
