Wales is most famous for rugby, but it also produces world-class athletes in other sports. For example, Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson is one of the world’s most successful and famous Paralympians whilst Colin Jackson was a World Champion and Olympic hurdler.

Beth represents the ParalympicsGB in taekwondo. Originally from Liverpool with Welsh family, she moved to Cardiff after being scouted by Disability Sport Wales. Listen while Beth finds out about your journey as she and her Welsh teammates join the bus.
