The Olympic and Paralympic Games would not be possible without a huge support team of workers and volunteers with a wide variety of skills. Using the Olympic and Paralympic support staff and volunteers as inspiration, these resources encourage young people to work as a team to run their own community projects and make a change in their community. Providing the chance to demonstrate active citizenship and develop employability skills, these activities can be used as a way to put the Olympic and Paralympic Values into action through volunteering.
