ACTIVITY IDEA

Our Activity Pack is designed to be flexible, so you can use the resource in your PE lessons, on sports day, or even as part of wrap-around care. There are lots of quick and easy ways to get active to complete the Get Set for Milan journey and help your whole school community to be part of the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Games.

What's included in the pack?

1. A Travel Guide booklet which:

  • Introduces the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
  • Explains the Get Set for Milan journey.
  • Provides an activity for each of the seven sporting venues.
  • Suggests ideas for hosting your own Winter Games event.

2. Journey tracker items:

  • Team Progress poster.

3. A set of Celebration templates:

  • Bunting – colour in and cut out to decorate your space.
  • Clapper – colour in and cut out to wave and cheer.
  • Medal – design a medal.
  • Certificate – award to every child when the team gets to Cortina.
  • Invitation – use to invite family members to your Winter Games event.
